These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
